Since August 7, 2011, Dr. Arthur “Butch” Lockard, Jr. has served as a BEAMS Missionary. On June 2, 2021, Dr. Lockard became Executive Director of BEAMS: Bible Education and Missionary Service.

BEAMS exists to place the Word of God into the hands of believers around the world who do not have access to a Bible. Through partnerships with churches, missionaries, and national pastors, BEAMS provides Bibles free of charge to strengthen local churches and advance the Gospel.
