Dear Fellow Helpers in the Lord,

Greetings in the precious name of our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ. I pray my prayer letter finds each of you doing well. Freda and I are both doing better after being sick with the flu and ear infections for the past few weeks. We appreciate your prayers and thank the Lord that we are on our way to a full recovery.

Special Projects:
Thailand is a country of 65 million people. Ninety-five percent are Buddhists. Several missionaries are seeing great numbers of people turning to God. There is a revival spirit in this country. Next to salvation, the greatest need for missionaries and national pastors is to have the Word of God for their people.

Dr. Bob Bowen has requested 5,000 Thai Bibles for a container he is shipping to Thailand. Any help toward this project would be deeply appreciated. (5,000 Thai Bibles. $47,400.00 will supply this need.)

Bro. Tom Gaudet, missionary to the refugees out of Burma on the Thailand border has requested 4,000 Burmese Bibles. We have raised funds to supply 1,000 Bibles but he is still in need of 3,000 more.
(4,000 Burmese Bibles. $7,000 Raised; $21,000 still needed.)

Bibles for Christ
With the Christmas season fast approaching, soon we will be making our gift lists. Let us all remember who’s birthday we are celebrating and put Christ at the top of our list. We encourage churches and individuals to set aside a special offering marked “Bibles for Christ”. For every $7 you give, someone will receive the precious Word of God. If you could ask Jesus what He would like for Christmas, I think He might say, “A Bible for someone who doesn’t have one.” All gifts received in our office by December 31st are tax deductible for the year 2007.

Year End Tax-Deductible Contributions
Praise be to the LORD our God who has done glorious works in the year 2007. He has allowed BEAMS Bible ministry to send out an average of 10,000 Bibles per month and we wait in awe of what He will do in 2008. Bible Education and Missionary Service is funded entirely by churches and individuals like you who make it all possible. We thank God for the sacrifices that you make in order that someone might have a Bible who would not have one otherwise.

With the year 2007 quickly coming to a close we ask that you prayerfully consider a tax-deductible gift to BEAMS. All gifts must be received in our office by December 31st to be deductible in the year 2007. Thank you for your continued support.
