Dear Fellow Helpers in the Lord,

Greetings in the wonderful name of our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ. What a great big wonderful God we have. Amen! I am just rejoicing over His blessings.

On July 27, we met in Shreveport, Louisiana with Pastor Howard Hall and the wonderful folks at Shreveport Baptist Temple for a BEAMS Rally. We had a great crowd that came in for the preaching, singing, and fellowship. Bro. Ray Joslyn and his choir had a fantastic
musical program lined up for us on Patriotism. Five men of God were also honored, giving “Honor to whom Honor is due” to: Dr. Jimmy Tharpe, Dr. Jimmy Hollingsworth, Dr. Morris Robe, Dr. Earl White, and Bro. Donnie Cox. Dr. Gary Winters gave a presentation of his
mission work in Jonesboro, AR, Dr. Bob Bowen updated us on his work in Southeast Asia, and Dr. Joe Arthur brought an outstanding message. An offering of $ 1,300.00 was received for Bibles. Amen!

Believe it or not, Freda and I have been trying to slow down and work at the home office. I am mostly traveling on weekends to churches to update them on the BEAMS ministry or share the ministry in a new church. It seems that the work around the home office just keeps growing. Last year, we averaged around 8,000 Bibles a month. Already this year we are averaging over 10,000 Bibles a month.

10,000 Thai Bibles. Bro. Bob Bowen has 25 churches in Thailand needing Bibles. $70,664.00
3,000 Spanish Bibles for Kevin Wynn, missionary to Mexico. Still needed: $10,500.00

Regular Shipments: Other than Special Projects, we supply six whole Bibles per month, per missionary. $42.00 a month will supply one missionary his Bibles.
