When Brother Bob left the Pastorate to answer God's call to Missions, he told his people that his greatest years of ministry were yet ahead. We joined the team with BEAMS in the early spring of 2005. During the past few years we have been sharing the precious work of sending whole hardback Bibles to about 2100 foreign missionaries and national pastors in 125 countries.

During our time with BEAMS we have been blessed with a warehouse in WV where Bibles are stored for pick up ready to be taken to churches to be mailed out by families. Now that we are in Florida, we now have warehouse #2 in Lakeland, where we can continue to do the same. Churches can request monthly deliveries for a "Bible Sunday" each month. Families get so excited to be able to choose a country and mail the precious box of Bibles.

Some families choose to send money to BEAMS for the purchase of Bibles. We've been challenging people for over four years before they eat their evening meal to put a quarter in a jar (for less then 25 cents a day, one Bible can be purchased and sent to a new convert who has been waiting for a Bible of their own). Next month start all over again putting that money in the jar again for next month. What greater way can we teach our young children to love missions!

There are so many ways to provide Bibles so we challenge everyone to do what best works for their household or church.
